LaboNetwork Co.,Ltd(LNW) is photo-finishing company making prints, photobooks from digital data. LNW also provide photo related retail serivices including photo studio planning. LNW will make a commitment to protect consumers’ privacy based on company policy of “Personal Data Protection Program”
- LNW sets procedures to follow legal guidance relating to personal data in Japan and JIS Q15001 requirements.
- LNW utilize personal data properly only to condut requested services by users. LNW will not use given personal data for nothing but requested services.
- In a case that LNW ask contracted companies to condut requested serivces, LNW will maintain the same protection program with contracted companies.
- LNW set procedures to avoid leaking and damaging personal data.
- LNW provides escalation procedures for the users who have complaints about their personal data treatment. In a case users request to open their personal data or delete the data, LNW’ will accept it with the following procedures by users’ contact at ” LNW personal data protection office “

- The services that LNW provide for the users are photo printing from digital data to make photo books and other print formats. LNW will use personal data only for the services.

- LNW may use it to improve quality of communication for the inquiry
- LNW may use it to make proper actions to deal with the inquiry
